Can I return my trunk if I don't like it?
Customized trunks are non-refundable. However, if you received a defective or damaged product, we will repair or replace it as appropriate.
All our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you wish to apply the warranty to your purchase, please write to us at info@ekinostore.com and explain the situation. In such cases, E-KINO will decide at its
sole discretion whether to repair or replace your product.
In the event of repair, the product must be sent to the E-KINO facilities to carry out the required activities. E-KINO may collaborate with the customer to facilitate the transfer of the product to its facilities, but at no time is it obligated to cover the transportation costs incurred.
E-KINO's return policy allows you to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (only applicable to non-customized products) (only applicable to NON-personalized products).
Please note that products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them; that is, new, unused, and complete. Products will be inspected upon arrival to continue the refund process.
In the case of returns, E-KINO may collaborate with the customer to facilitate the transfer
of the product to its facilities for return, only when the product is
defective.
Refunds (if the conditions are met) will be paid within 14 business days from the receipt of the product at the facilities of E-KINO and verification of its condition.
The estimated product replacement time is 10 business days if the product is in stock, or 4-6 weeks if it needs to be manufactured.
Repairs to damaged products will be made as soon as possible and the delivery time will be arranged with the customer according to the repairs needed.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and send them to info@ekinostore.com within 24 hours so we can provide you with a quick solution.

best way possible. We ask that you be very attentive when receiving your products:
never sign the delivery order without first checking the box and making sure it is
in good condition.
Otherwise, take photos of the damaged packaging and any visible damage to the product caused by mishandling, and contact us immediately.
If you sign for the delivery with the logistics company and do not report the damage upon receipt, it will be the customer's responsibility to seek a solution with the logistics
company.
