About The Trunks

Can I customize my equestrian trunk?
Yes. All our trunks are made to order. You can choose the color, add a whiteboard, mirror, nameplates, among other elements. Contact us to help you configure the ideal model for you.
What models of trunks are available?
All our trunks can be customized and are made to order. Some of the models available are Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Munich, Moura, and Salazar. Visit the products section to learn about their features.
How durable are the trunks?
Our trunks are made from high-quality materials such as wood, laminated formica, aluminum and steel fittings. They are resistant to intensive use and are designed to accompany you in competitions or training. - It is very important to take care of them during use, for example, by using the travel cover to protect them during transport and from the weather at competitions, and storing them in a cool, dry place to prolong their useful life.
How long does it take to manufacture a custom trunk?
The average manufacturing time varies depending on the workload and level of customization. Generally, it takes between 3 and 6 weeks.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship throughout Mexico?
Yes, we ship throughout the entire Mexican Republic. We also offer international shipping to the US and will soon be expanding to Latin America and Europe.The shipping address is entered when you complete your order in the shopping cart. The shipping address must be provided in full and with references. E-KINO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors in the delivery address.
Can I pick up my order at your workshop?
Yes, if you are near our workshop in Salazar, State of Mexico, you can arrange with us to pick it up directly. Write to us in advance to schedule your appointment. You can also pick up your trunk at the physical stores of our distributors Lopetzki Tackshops and Tack Tack Talabarteria.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on the size of the product, destination, and type of service. The exact amount will be shown when you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it online.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and other digital methods.
Can I pay in installments or in interest-free monthly payments?
Some products may be eligible for interest-free monthly payments depending on the payment platform. Please check with us before completing your purchase.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes, of course. You just need to request one at the time of purchase or send us your tax information to info@ekinostore.com.

What is PEMF technology?
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy and helps improve circulation,reduce inflammation, and speed up muscle recovery in sport horses and dogs.
Are PEMF products also suitable for dogs?
Yes. We have specific models such as the PEMF Dog Mat designed for active dogs or dogs with muscle problems, mobility issues, or conditions such as arthritis.
Do you need special training to use them?
No, the equipment includes a manual and basic guidance. However, we offer personalized support if you need it.
Do they come with a warranty?
Yes. All PEMF devices include a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period may vary depending onthe model. AllSport Innovations products come with a 2-year warranty.
